At IN Groupe , we develop secure and high-performance technology solutions that support critical digital services and identity ecosystems across multiple markets. As we continue to expand our technology capabilities, we are looking for a Solutions Architect who can combine strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and architectural governance to help design the next generation of enterprise platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and evolving solution architectures that are scalable, resilient, secure, and aligned with business objectives. You will work closely with software engineers, infrastructure teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to transform complex requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

? Design end-to-end architectures across applications, integrations, middleware, cloud infrastructure, and security layers.

? Define architecture standards and best practices for microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and API-first environments.

? Design and govern integration approaches using APIs, message brokers, and event-streaming technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, and ActiveMQ.

? Drive architecture decisions around scalability, performance, availability, resiliency, and disaster recovery.

? Implement security-by-design principles, including Zero Trust architectures, OAuth2/OIDC, encryption, secrets management, and secure communication protocols.

? Collaborate with development teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle,



from solution design and technical reviews to proof of concepts and production deployments.

? Contribute to technology roadmaps, architecture governance processes, and long-term platform evolution.

Technical Profile

We are looking for professionals with a strong background in enterprise architecture and modern cloud-native technologies, including:

✅ Kubernetes and Docker

✅ AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms

✅ Microservices and distributed architectures

✅ API Management solutions

✅ Integration and middleware platforms

✅ Message brokers and event-streaming technologies

✅ CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

✅ Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Ansible

✅ Observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenSearch

✅ Development knowledge in Java, Python, or Node.js environments

Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related disciplines

✔ 4+ years of experience in IT and software engineering environments

✔ Previous experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, or Systems Architecture roles

✔ Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders

✔ English proficiency (B2 level or above)
