We are seeking a Professional in Optometry to join our Optical Center team. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive optometric care to our Members, ensuring a high-quality service experience, maintaining accurate clinical records, and supporting the achievement of established commercial and operational goals.

Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, with one day off during the week.

Location: Medellin, Colombia.

What's unique about this job (What you’ll do)

Optometric care & Member service

- Provide comprehensive optometric care to Members visiting our Optical Center.
- Perform optometric evaluations and use the appropriate instruments and equipment for professional assessment and diagnosis.
- Provide clear and professional guidance to Members based on their individual needs.
- Ensure an excellent Member experience throughout the consultation and service process.

Clinical records & documentation

- Ensure the proper management, control, and maintenance of patients’ clinical records and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and complete information in accordance with established procedures and applicable requirements.
- Safeguard the confidentiality and appropriate handling of patient information.

Commercial & operational performance

- Contribute to the achievement of established commercial and management indicators.




- Identify opportunities to provide solutions that meet Members’ needs while supporting the objectives of the Optical Center.
- Follow established operational procedures and service standards.
- Collaborate with the Optical Center team to achieve shared goals.

Bring your passion and expertise (Who you are)

- Professional degree in Optometry.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in optometry.
- Membership in the professional association corresponding to the country, as applicable.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Commercial orientation and a demonstrated ability to achieve goals and indicators.
- Ability to provide professional, empathetic, and high-quality service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a customer-facing environment.
