Role Overview

Job Duck is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment needs of a fast-paced law firm. This role will manage the recruitment process across a variety of positions, including legal, legal support, administrative, and business functions. The idóneo candidate will have a strong recruitment background and the ability to manage multiple open positions while maintaining clear communication, accurate documentation, and consistent follow-through.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM MST (US)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:

- Working collaboratively with leadership and internal teams to prioritize openings and support business hiring needs
- Identifying potential issues within the recruitment process and taking initiative to resolve them before they impact candidates or hiring teams
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, recruiting platforms, referrals, and other appropriate channels
- Maintaining timely and proactive communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
- Drafting and coordinating offer letters and other recruitment-related documentation, ensuring all information is accurate before being shared




- Monitoring candidate pipelines and providing regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and anticipated timelines
- Managing recruitment-related budgets and posting expenses responsibly while proactively communicating concerns or variances
- Ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Staying organized across multiple vacancies and utilizing appropriate systems, calendars, reminders, and tracking tools to ensure deadlines and follow-ups are consistently met
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand position requirements, candidate profiles, timelines, and recruitment priorities
- Managing full-cycle recruitment processes across a variety of roles, from initial sourcing through offer and placement
- Reviewing resumes and applications and conducting initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and alignment with role requirements
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties receive accurate scheduling information and necessary materials
- Preparing and maintaining accurate candidate documentation, interview records, offer details, and recruitment updates
- Creating and maintaining job postings, ensuring titles, compensation, classifications, locations, and other position details are accurate
- Maintaining accurate records within recruitment and applicant tracking systems

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a related field required




- 2-3 years of recruiting experience within a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition practices
- Experience recruiting for a wide range of positions and professional functions
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Solid experience working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently while taking ownership of responsibilities and deliverables
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and standard productivity tools
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams
- Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
- Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
