As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Video Motion Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Edit and produce visually stunning marketing videos, product showcases, explainer videos, ads, and other multimedia assets, with a primary focus on high-quality video editing and seamless post-production.
- Design static graphic pieces for both digital platforms and occasional print media. The use of Figma is highly important for this role, alongside strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Apply visual storytelling techniques to develop impactful, dynamic video content aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with creative directors, video editors, graphic designers, and marketing teams to understand project needs and deliver assets that meet business goals.
- Integrate 3D elements with 2D motion design and compositing using After Effects and other Adobe Suite tools.
- Manage multiple projects and workflows simultaneously while maintaining consistency, quality, and deadlines.




- Stay up-to-date with the latest animation trends, techniques, tools, and technologies to continually improve visual output.

Requirements:

- Studies in Film Production, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Solid knowledge and proven experience in Graphic Design, with strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Proven knowledge and professional experience in video editing (minimum 2-3 years).
- AI Adaptability: Must have an open-minded attitude towards Artificial Intelligence and willingness to learn/adopt new AI tools that assist in the creative process.
- Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and storytelling.
- Proficient English language skills (speaking and reading) are required for effective team collaboration and understanding project briefs.
