Role Description This full-time, on-site Technical Project Manager role is based in Pereira and involves overseeing construction and engineering projects from planning through completion.

The Technical Project

Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure that technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations are met.

Responsibilities include defining project scope, tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation plans, as well as preparing reports and presenting project updates to stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, resolving issues that arise during execution, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data,



assess risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to prepare clear documentation, present updates, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Candidates should possess proven Team Leadership abilities, including guiding multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, and maintaining accountability.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience managing technical or construction projects, knowledge of industry standards and regulations, and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) are advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Pereira with a focus on safety and quality are preferred.
