ROLE OVERVIEW The Talent Acquisition Supervisor – HR is responsible for leading and optimizing the Recruiting Coordination function, ensuring efficient execution of recruitment processes, exceptional candidate experience, and alignment with organizational hiring goals. This role provides direct oversight of the coordination team while driving process improvements, maintaining compliance standards, managing performance metrics, and serving as the primary escalation point for recruiting operations. The idóneo candidate combines strong leadership capabilities with deep recruiting coordination expertise and a continuous improvement mindset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, coach, motivate, and supervise the Recruiting Coordination team to promote a high-performing and collaborative environment.
- Evaluate employee performance, provide coaching and feedback, and address performance improvement opportunities.
- Assist in the development of onboarding materials and training resources for new Talent Acquisition team members.
- Support hiring managers and team members with recruiting process training and best practices.
Recruiting Coordination Operations
- Oversee daily recruiting coordination activities, ensuring scheduling, job postings,
and offer processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and audit offer letter creation and delivery processes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Oversee job posting management across multiple platforms and ensure all requisitions remain current and aligned with approved job descriptions.
- Administer and troubleshoot coordination-related ATS workflows and escalate system issues when necessary.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for scheduling conflicts, offer discrepancies, and recruiting process exceptions.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling efficiency, offer turnaround times, and candidate communication standards.
- Design, document, implement, and maintain SOPs, workflows, and quality standards for the coordination function.
- Ensure consistency, compliance, and operational excellence across recruiting coordination activities.
- Partner with HR to support initiatives that improve both candidate and new hire experiences.
- Monitor compliance with recruiting procedures, documentation standards, and operational guidelines.
Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Monitor and analyze key coordination KPIs, including time-to-schedule, offer accuracy, and job posting compliance.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to Talent Acquisition leadership.
- Lead coordination-specific projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Partner with recruiters, HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to drive recruiting efficiency and process improvement.
- Participate in workforce planning, organizational initiatives, and recruitment-related projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience in HR operations.
- Direct Talent Acquisition background/duties is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Team Lead, Supervisor, or Leadership capacity not necessary in HR/Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruiting coordination workflows, scheduling processes, and offer management (Plus).
- Experience with ATS platforms such as JobDiva, Ceipal, or similar systems (Plus).
- Proven experience creating and implementing SOPs, workflows, and process documentation.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
