We're looking for a Compliance Trainee who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in FDA regulations and U.S. market access for food and beverage brands.

This is more than an entry-level role. It's a chance to learn hands-on, alongside experts, how products become "export-ready" for the U.S. market, and to see the real impact of your work on brands that are taking their first steps into international markets.

What will you do?

As our Compliance Trainee, you will support the Customer Experience Operations team in getting our clients' products ready for export to the U.S., helping ensure accuracy, compliance, and a clear experience for every brand. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the review of product labels, nutrition facts panels, allergen declarations, and health claims under FDA regulations (21 CFR).
- Organizing and analyzing technical and documentary information provided by clients to build reliable export files.
- Assisting with FDA facility registration processes, U.S. Agent designation, and DUNS number requests.
- Supporting value chain analyses,



including export costs, tariffs, freight, insurance, and Incoterms.
- Helping benchmark prices of similar products in the U.S. market.
- Keeping accurate, up-to-date records of each client's information to ensure full traceability.
- Monitoring timelines at each stage of the client journey to help avoid bottlenecks.
- Helping explain U.S. regulatory and commercial requirements to clients in a clear, simple, and empathetic way.

Education & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Food Engineering, Foreign Trade, International Business, or related fields.
- Courses or certifications in Quality, Food Safety, ISO 9000, or FDA regulations are a plus.
- 0 to 1 year of experience. Internships, academic projects, or first jobs in food quality, food safety, foreign trade, or customs are valued.
- English proficiency (B1-B2 or higher). You will be reading official FDA sources in English.

Experience & Skills

- Basic knowledge of FDA regulations, food labeling, or U.S. import requirements (or a strong desire to learn them).
- Familiarity with Incoterms and international logistics is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and well-organized documentation habits.
