Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to support cloud operations, production reliability, infrastructure automation, observability, troubleshooting, security, and continuous improvement of cloud-based infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, production cloud environments, monitoring/observability, and infrastructure standardization .

Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure




- Strong experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Experience supporting production and non-production environments
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability
- Hands-on experience with GitHub
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Strong troubleshooting and incident-resolution skills
- Experience supporting reliable, scalable, and secure cloud environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities

- Deploy, manage, and support AWS cloud infrastructure
- Maintain customer-facing application infrastructure across production and non-production environments
- Improve infrastructure reliability, performance, scalability, and security
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform
- Troubleshoot production infrastructure and application-related issues
- Monitor systems and respond to incidents
- Participate in on-call and incident response activities as needed
- Create and maintain runbooks and operational documentation
- Contribute to infrastructure standardization and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Support, Product, and CloudOps teams

Good to Have Skills

- Hands-on Terraform experience in production environments
- Experience modernizing or re-architecting existing infrastructure
- AWS certification or active progress toward certification
- Experience with Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, or New Relic
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and data-handling policies
- Experience with change management and operational procedures
- Strong documentation and operational process experience
