Responsibilities

- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute the annual sales plan for Chile (Santiago focus) to achieve sales targets and market share growth in the surgical consumables segment.
- Market Development & Portfolio Management: Deeply analyze market potential, identify new business opportunities, and optimize the product portfolio, focusing on Surgical Staplers and Bariatric Surgery consumables.
- Key Account & KOL Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local key accounts (major public/private hospitals in Santiago) and key opinion leaders (KOLs / Bariatric and General Surgeons).
- Compliance & Competitor Intelligence: Ensure all commercial activities comply with local laws (such as ISP regulations) and corporate policies. Continuously monitor market dynamics and competitors, and provide strategic feedback to headquarters.

Job Qualifications:

- Industry Background:



Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with proven experience in Surgical Staplers, Laparoscopic instruments, or Bariatric Surgery consumables.
- Education & Language: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Proficient in English. (Mandarin would be a great plus).

Location: Based in Bogota, Columbia.

- Clinical & Business Acumen: Strong understanding of operating room (OR) environments, surgical procedures, and outstanding commercial insight.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and high-stakes negotiation skills with surgeons and hospital purchasing departments.
- Drive: Result-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote team structure.
