La persona seleccionada trabajará de cerca con el equipo SMB ISG, participando activamente en actividades administrativas y comerciales que contribuyen al correcto funcionamiento del negocio.

? Principales responsabilidades

- Brindar soporte administrativo al equipo de ventas SMB ISG.
- Generar y dar seguimiento a cotizaciones.




- Realizar seguimiento a aprobaciones y procesos de back office.
- Interactuar con clientes y proveedores para el seguimiento de solicitudes.
- Colaborar en la preparación de propuestas comerciales.
- Actualizar información y reportes en herramientas internas, incluyendo Dynamics.
- Dar soporte operativo a las actividades comerciales del equipo.
- Realizar seguimiento a distintos procesos para asegurar su correcta ejecución y cumplimiento.

? ¿Qué buscamos?
- Estudiantes de Administración de Empresas, Negocios, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
- Excel intermedio-avanzado.
- Inglés intermedio.
- Conocimientos básicos de Power BI (deseable)
- Perfil organizado, metódico y orientado al detalle.
- Capacidad para trabajar con múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
- Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad para desenvolverse en un entorno vibrante.
