Rose Harper Law, LLC is seeking a high-performing Personal Injury Intake Specialist to join our growing remote team.

Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, texts, chats, emails, and voicemails
- Perform compliant PI intake interviews and case qualification
- Explain the firm’s process and secure signed retainers
- File setup process
- Open claims, send Letters of Representation, and order police reports
- Request and track medical records, bills, and PIP/MedPay ledgers
- Maintain organized, attorney-ready files per firm standards
- Meet KPIs for response time, accuracy, and case progression
- Accurate documentation and strict HIPAA compliance
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience with a U.S.A. law firm
- Personal injury experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual English / Spanish
- C1 English Level
- Experience with CRMs, intake systems, and e-signatures
- Availability during U.S.A. Eastern Time
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Communication skills are key
