Role Summary and Impact

As part of the General Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Manager, Business Intelligence (Data Engineering and Reporting) who will:

Define business requirements to build and maintain stable data architecture that supports marketing efficiency and reliable reporting.

Design, build, and deploy automated ETL processes and SQL/Python scripts to streamline data extraction, quality checks, and reporting delivery.

Extract datasets from multiple media platforms and support the intake and quality assurance of partner-provided performance data.

•
Develop, update, and maintain highly interactive dashboards and visualizations, ensuring they are accurate, visually impactful, and architecturally sound.

Support report generation as needed.

•
Design, write, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated validation scripts using Python and SQL to ensure reporting accuracy.

Perform rigorous data validation and reconciliation between visualization platforms, including Power BI, Datorama, and Tableau, and underlying raw data sources or warehouses.
