What you will do
Liderar el proceso de Demand Planning e IBP/S&OP; del país, asegurando la generación de pronósticos confiables y alineados con la estrategia comercial, mediante el análisis de información, la articulación con equipos multifuncionales y la conducción de los principales foros de planeación y toma de decisiones.

Responsabilidades:

• Liderar el proceso mensual de IBP/S&OP; a través de todas sus etapas, garantizando el cumplimiento de los tiempos, la calidad de los análisis (Sell in & Sell Out) y la alineación entre las diferentes áreas.
• Facilitar y liderar las reuniones de Consensus, Pre-Executive y brindar soporte al foro Executive S&OP.;

• Responsable por los KPIS de gestión del país: Mape y Bias asegurando, la exactitud en el pronóstico de demanda q permita contribuir a tener unos inventarios sanos y nivel de servicio correcto a los clientes.
• Soportar proyectos de lanzamientos de nuevos
