Overview

In Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a
Mid Print Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience in print design, graphic production, or artwork development within advertising agencies, creative studios, production companies, packaging organisations, or in-house creative teams. Their mission will be to deliver accurate, high-quality print materials across campaigns, product lines, and markets,



ensuring brand consistency and compliance with technical production requirements. We are seeking a detail-oriented designer with strong creative execution skills, solid prepress knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative and production teams while supporting junior talent.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality print materials, ensuring accuracy in colour, composition, layout, and visual consistency.

• Develop and adapt artwork for packaging, editorial materials, large-format pieces, campaigns, and other printed assets.

• Translate creative concepts into production-ready files that comply with brand guidelines, client standards, and technical specifications.

• Perform prepress checks, colour separation, proof validation, and final artwork preparation before production.
