? We’re Hiring: Recruiting Enablement Consultant

Join our Global Recruiting COE and help support recruiting technology and process rollouts across countries and sites.
? What You’ll Do
• Develop enablement and training plans for general and local rollouts.
• Identify training needs, impacted teams, and adoption risks.
• Partner with Trainers, Country Leads, and Recruiting SMEs to prepare teams for new systems and processes.
• Coordinate Train-the-Trainer programs and SME certification.
• Review and improve training materials, guides, job aids, and knowledge checks.
• Track training completion and readiness before go-live.
• Identify knowledge gaps and adoption challenges and coordinate solutions.
• Support communications, refresher training, and post-go-live reinforcement.
• Monitor feedback and recurring questions to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create reusable training and enablement standards for future rollouts.
? What We’re Looking For
• 4–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Change Management, Organizational Change, HR/Recruiting Operations, Technology Adoption, or Implementation Support.
• 2–3+ years of experience supporting system or process rollouts, ideally across multiple sites, countries, or business units.
• Experience with Train-the-Trainer programs, SME readiness, training content, and adoption tracking.
• Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, planning, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate technical or process changes into simple, practical guidance for business users.
• Experience working with multiple teams, locations, and time zones.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
