As a Business Development Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), with direct responsibility for pipeline growth and sales performance. You’ll combine hands-on people leadership with data-driven decision-making to help the team achieve ambitious targets. Working closely with Marketing and Revenue Operations, you’ll shape lead-generation strategies and improve the processes that support Account Executive success. You’ll coach team members, identify development opportunities, and create clear paths for career progression. The environment is fast-moving and fully remote, requiring strong communication, adaptability, and a high level of ownership. Accountabilities

• Lead, mentor, motivate,



and develop a team of Business Development Representatives to consistently achieve and exceed sales and pipeline targets.

• Establish a high-performance team environment that encourages accountability, adaptability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

• Partner with Revenue Operations to analyse performance data, identify trends, and use insights to inform strategic decisions and improve BDR results.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing to develop and execute lead-generation strategies that create qualified opportunities for Account Executives.

• Identify skills gaps and training needs across the team and work with Sales Enablement to develop relevant coaching and learning initiatives.

• Evaluate existing sales processes and campaigns, recommending improvements that increase efficiency, effectiveness, and pipeline generation.
