We are looking for an experienced RTR Associate Manager to oversee Record to Report operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with SLAs, and successful month-end close execution.
This role combines people leadership, process management, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on standardization, automation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop the RTR team, providing guidance, support, and performance oversight.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of month-end close activities and financial reporting processes.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage team priorities, workload distribution, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).




• Analyze complex accounting and operational issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to align business requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Monitor project finances, operational metrics, and team performance to support business objectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and professional development.

Requirements
• More than 7 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Excellent analytical and time management skills
• Experience in leading and/or participating in meetings with clients
• Strong teamwork and customer support skills
• Advanced Excel and macro knowledge
• Knowledge of ERP SAP
• Functional expertise in different modules in SAP
• A high level of proficiency in English is required
