The Copywriter Junior is responsible for producing clear, engaging, and brand-consistent copy aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. This role focuses on strong execution and consistency, working under the guidance of senior copywriters and the Creative Director, supporting cross-functional teams (marketing, product, CRM, performance), and developing writing skills within the brand’s tone of voice.

What You'll Do:

• Write and adapt copy for digital campaigns (paid media, social media, display, CRM, landing pages, etc.) following established guidelines.

• Ensure brand voice consistency and adherence to tone of voice guidelines across all deliverables.

• Adapt approved messaging across multiple formats, channels, and audiences.





• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and senior copywriters to execute effective campaigns.

• Apply feedback and produce copy iterations based on performance data (A/B testing variations).

• Manage assigned tasks and deliverables while meeting deadlines and priorities.

• Support the maintenance and organization of the copy library and messaging guidelines.

• Proofread and review content to ensure grammar, spelling, and style accuracy.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Literature, or related field.

• 2 years of experience in copywriting or content creation, ideally in digital environments or agencies.

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in Spanish.

• Solid copywriting fundamentals (clarity, tone, structure, persuasion).
