Overview
The LMS Operations Team Lead is a senior analyst role responsible for supporting in the coordination of liquidity and investment operations activities to ensure the accurate and timely execution of business-as-usual (BAU) activities and strategic initiatives by providing operational guidance, facilitating collaboration across teams while maintaining a strong control environment and driving operational excellence.
The individual will act as a key partner to operations management and will be expected to lead through influence rather than direct reporting responsibility. The role requires strong operational expertise, executive presence, and the ability to effectively communicate business impacts, risks, operational challenges, and recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders. In addition to supporting daily operations, the individual will facilitate project execution, operational readiness initiatives, process improvements, audit engagements, and governance activities.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a senior subject matter expert across liquidity management and investment operations processes, providing guidance and support to team members and business partners.
• Execute and oversee complex operational activities, ensuring requests are completed accurately and within established service levels.
• Act as a primary escalation point for operational issues, service disruptions, client-impacting events, and complex investigations requiring cross-functional coordination.
• Facilitate daily operational activities across both Liquidity and Investment Operations teams to ensure delivery of business objectives and service commitments.
• Support operational readiness, migration, implementation, and process transition initiatives, including post-implementation stabilization efforts.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk & Control teams to support strategic initiatives, process enhancements, and platform improvements.
