with personal lines placed through a national aggregator brokerage and commercial and primary business placed through a regional carrier partner in the Northeast United States. The agency manages several million dollars in annual premium and serves several hundred clients across personal, commercial, and life and annuity lines.
The Managing Partner also serves as a regional field manager overseeing multiple branch offices, with an active strategy to expand the branch network significantly over the next several years by recruiting and developing independent producers. This role exists because the Managing Partner's time is increasingly consumed by tactical and administrative work that limits his capacity to focus on strategic branch growth and producer recruitment.
