Purpose
Lead the Talent Acquisition function for Scotiabank Integral Business Services (GBS) Colombia, supporting the attraction, assessment and hiring of diverse, high-quality talent across Technology, Operations, Customer Experience, Corporate Functions and other critical capabilities that enable Scotiabank's global business strategy.
The role is responsible for defining and executing the Talent Acquisition strategy for GBS Colombia, aligned with Global Talent Acquisition priorities and the specific needs of Global Business Services, leveraging market intelligence, analytics, workforce planning, and close collaboration with business leaders and Human Resources teams to influence key decisions related to hiring, succession planning, internal mobility, and critical capability development.
The role will be based in Bogotá, Colombia, one of Scotiabank's Global Business Services hubs, and will work in close partnership with GBS Dominican Republic,
Regional Talent Acquisition and Global Talent Acquisition teams to drive alignment, share best practices and support broader talent priorities across the organization.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain an up-to-date understanding of talent markets across different segments, competitive landscapes, availability of critical capabilities, workforce dynamics, and labour regulations that influence attraction and recruitment strategies to proactively anticipate future hiring demand, talent risks and business growth requirements.
• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, HR Business Partners and Human Resources teams, influencing decisions related to workforce planning, hiring, succession and internal mobility while developing a deep understanding of business priorities, growth plans and future talent needs.
