About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager with a strong e-commerce background to take full ownership of a pet products brand’s strategy, growth, and overall performance.

You should have experience owning a brand’s commercial results, including customer acquisition, website conversion, retention, and product launches. Ownership means being accountable for business outcomes; you do not need to have founded your own brand.

Strong Shopify experience is essential. You will lead our Shopify growth strategy while overseeing performance across Amazon and TikTok Shop. You will direct a shared in-house PPC manager and email specialist, coordinate execution with our Shopify manager, and work closely with our Product & Wholesale Manager on new releases.

About UsWe are a multi-brand, DTC-first pet products company. This role focuses on our single-purchase brand, which sells primarily through Amazon and TikTok Shop, with Shopify as a secondary channel and an area for growth.





The brand is built around continuous new color and pattern releases, supported by effective marketing, a strong shopping experience, and repeat purchases.

What You’ll Do• Own the brand’s overall performance: Set strategy, priorities, and growth plans across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other relevant channels.
• Lead Shopify growth: Own the roadmap for improving storefront revenue, conversion rate, average order value, and repeat purchase rate.
• Guide merchandising and customer experience: Work with our Shopify manager to improve product pages, collections, navigation, landing pages, bundles, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Own conversion optimization: Identify friction in the shopping journey, prioritize tests, and coordinate improvements across mobile and desktop experiences.
