We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) with a background in Law to join our Sales team and support the development of business opportunities across Central America and the Caribbean.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or recently graduated legal professional who is interested in developing their career in sales, business development, and LegalTech, within a global leader in legal technology and artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities




• Prospect and generate leads using a variety of sources, digital tools, and legal industry databases.

• Identify and qualify business opportunities aligned with our idóneo customer profile.

• Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations for qualified leads in collaboration with the Account Executive team.

• Manage and keep prospect information up to date in prospecting and CRM tools.

• Conduct consistent follow-up on opportunities to support the development of the sales pipeline.

• Build positive and professional relationships with potential customers.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to contribute to business growth across the region.

Requirements
• Law degree or recent Law graduate, with professional experience (required).

• Genuine interest in sales, business development, and commercial activities.

• Previous experience as a BDR or SDR (preferred, but not required).
