Speedrack West helps manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and warehouse operators solve storage challenges. We sell and install heavy-duty pallet racks, cantilever systems, decking, safety products, and custom storage solutions.
We’re looking for a hands-on Outbound Specialist to build and improve our prospecting process—from identifying the right accounts to generating qualified opportunities for Sales.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape the workflow, test your ideas, and see how your work contributes to pipeline.

What you’ll own
• Targeting and buying signals: Define account and contact criteria by industry, geography, company size, warehouse needs,



and relevant events such as expansions, relocations, new facilities, and safety concerns.
• Apollo workflows: Build segmented lists, enrich and verify contacts, create sequences, test messaging, and monitor campaign performance.
• Relevant outreach: Write concise, personalized messages for operations, facilities, warehouse, procurement, and other decision-makers, including owners, contractors, dealers, and channel partners.
• Practical AI: Use AI to research accounts, summarize context, support personalization, and identify patterns—with appropriate accuracy checks and human review.
• HubSpot handoff: Maintain accurate records, clear ownership, qualification notes, activity history, and next steps so Sales receives useful context.
• Testing and improvement: Analyze which segments, messages, channels, and buying signals generate positive replies, qualified conversations, and opportunities.
