Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Coordinating Manager to lead our Project Coordinating and Field Technician Departments. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader with excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills to oversee daily operations and ensure the successful execution of environmental projects.

In this position, you’ll be responsible for managing department employees, coordinating field projects, prioritizing workloads, and ensuring projects are scheduled and completed on time. You’ll serve as a key liaison between clients, project coordinators, field technicians, and laboratories, ensuring smooth communication, accurate reporting, and exceptional customer service.

You’ll also oversee project deliverables, review and approve reports, coordinate client inquiries, provide pricing and proposals,



and support business development by identifying opportunities to sell company services.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the daily operations of the Project Coordinating and Field Technician Departments, ensuring efficient workflows, staffing, and project execution.
• Lead and supervise department employees, including managing schedules, assigning responsibilities, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance.
• Coordinate and prioritize field projects to ensure work is scheduled and completed on time and according to client and operational requirements.
• Serve as a key liaison between project coordinators, field technicians, clients, laboratories, and internal departments.
• Oversee client communication, including project updates, clearance results
