We are looking for a Logistics Support Assistant to join the Operations team of an international company specialized in expeditionary services.

We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, versátil, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and providing support across different operational needs.

What you’ll do:

- Provide administrative and documentation support to the Operations team.
- Organize and maintain operational files and documentation in OneDrive.
- Follow up on missing or pending documents with the relevant stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to Operations as needed.
- Maintain an organized filing and archiving system.
- Ensure information is properly updated and readily available when required.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities according to operational needs.

What we’re looking for:





- Advanced English (mandatory)
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Previous experience in administrative, operational support, or logistics roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel .
- Experience with Office 365 and OneDrive.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work alternate weekends when required.
