Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years of experience working with the isolved HCM platform.
- Experience configuring the isolved Time & Attendance module.
- Understanding of software development processes, procedures, and alternative methodologies.
- Technical understanding of infrastructure components , their dependencies, and their interactions, including servers, virtual systems, networks, databases, and web applications.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure, anticipate issues, and develop solutions.
- Ability to manage tasks across multiple implementations and participate in customer engagements and technical planning.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Responsibilities
- Work with the Director of HCM Systems to understand project concepts, objectives, and approaches.
- Apply systems knowledge to determine the best approach for each project.
- Manage assigned projects from initial concept through implementation, including deliverables, timelines, and due dates.
- Prioritize tasks based on severity and client impact, and communicate project status and completion expectations to management.
- Collaborate with team members on data entry, system setup, and testing to maintain service quality and system performance.
- Make sound independent decisions and recommend alternative solutions when appropriate.
- Manage the relationship with isolved, including platform maintenance and communications about software releases and outages.
- Consult with clients to customize and configure the isolved platform to their needs and specifications.
- Conduct user training on software functionality and operational procedures.
- Test system changes and document results, expected outcomes, and recommendations.
- Identify strategic improvements and ways to reduce business interruption and other risks arising from business, regulatory, or industry changes.
Other Duties
- Manage incoming support requests and set expectations with clients and internal teams.
- Communicate by phone, email, and in person as needed.
- Maintain assigned third-party vendor relationships and escalate issues when management involvement is needed.
- Apply knowledge of systems, workflow mapping,
and application integration.
- Establish best practices for integration, application development, deployment, and testing.
- Recommend improvements to department processes and the use of services, products, and technology to support growth.
- Develop training materials, train team members, and provide ongoing training and on-call support to existing client users.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and service teams to support reporting and processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
