A restaurant group is spending real money across Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and ezCater every week. Someone has to own whether that money is working — and be the person the client trusts to tell them the truth about it.
That’s this job.
Spice grows restaurant brands on the delivery marketplaces. Our clients run multiple locations and real volume. As a Growth Manager, you own a book of them: the numbers, the strategy, the campaign plan, and the relationship.
What you’ll do
Run your accounts like you own them. You prep the agendas, run the weekly calls, and answer the client’s questions. You translate strategy into briefed tasks for ops and design, and you QA everything before the client sees it.
Own the story in the numbers. Data gets pulled underneath you. You decide what it means, what the client should do next, and you walk them through it on the call — promos, ad spend, menu, pricing, pacing, and the marketplace levers that move net sales and net payout.
Own the campaign plan across the book. Calendar, briefs, pacing, and reporting standard across platforms. When a store slips, you know before the client asks. When somethings working, you know why, and you scale it.
And when something’s blocked, you show up with the problem and the fix in the same message.
What we’re looking for
- You’ve run accounts, growth,
or marketplace operations with real stakes — Uber Eats / DoorDash / Grubhub / ezCater directly, or LatAm platforms like Rappi, PedidosYa, DiDi Food, or iFood — and you’ve sat across from an operator who wanted answers, not a dashboard.
- You think in second numbers. “Sales are flat, so spend more” is the exact instinct we screen against. ROAS without net payout is half a story and you know it.
- Professional English on live calls is required. This role is client-facing every week.
- You use AI to move faster and you can explain the logic underneath the output, not just paste it.
- You’re based in LatAm with real overlap to US business hours.
Why this seat
You get a real book of business, not a slice of someone elses. Your wins show up in the client’s payout within weeks, and the client knows your name.
The details
Full time, fully remote (LatAm), contractor structure, $2,000 to $3,500 USD per month. Real overlap with US business hours. Monday standup is fixed. You’ll own client-facing calls, so this is a camera-on role.
How hiring works
Reply or apply → short first screen with our team → skills challenge with real platform data → live working session → decision. We move quickly when the fit is clear.
If you’ve grown a brand on the marketplaces and you’re ready to own the client — not just the spreadsheet — we want to talk.
