Purpose
The International Wealth Management (IWM) team is committed to delivering comprehensive wealth and asset management solutions to our clients. We are in the process of further expanding to additional new geographies. In support of this growth, we are looking for an experienced Talend Specialist (L7) to both deliver on existing initiatives and establish Business-Technology roadmaps for future initiatives.
Core Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience using Talend for ETL/Data Integration/Data Warehousing required.
• 1 or more years of experience working in a Linux environment required.
• Collaborate with technical/business leaders, product owners, software engineers, data architects, and data analysts to acquire and understand requirements/acceptance criteria.
• Participate in defining Data Engineering Process and Technology strategies.
• Design and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.
• (Desirable) Familiar with Data Integration with Salesforce Orgs.
What will you do?
• Designs and implements data integration modules for ETL functions.
• Communicates with business to obtain data requirements and performs data analysis on data provided.

• Investigates new technologies and advances, especially in the areas of ETL and Cloud.
• Work with cross-team product owners, developers, and test engineers to support QA processes.
