As the Inside Sales Coordinator, you will focus on quoting transactional customers, following up on opportunities, nurturing leads, and managing tenders across the assigned region to support sustainable business growth and strong customer relationships.

What you will be doing
You will manage the end-to-end inside sales cycle for transactional customers in your region,



preparing and following up on quotations, nurturing cold and warm leads, and acting as a key point of contact for existing and potential customers. Working closely with the sales and operations teams, you will handle tender preparation and execution in the system, update origin and destination costs and quotes, and report on quotation performance to support decision-making and drive regional growth. In doing so, you will ensure that all activities are executed in alignment with STC’s Safety and Quality Management System (ISO9001, ISO22000, Ecolavados, SQAS Tank Cleaning, CDI IMPCAS, AEO, CT-PAT).
Key responsibilities
• Follow-up on cold leads by sharing relevant STC content and related information.
• Tender preparation and execution in the system.
• Prepare quotations for clients, ensuring competitive pricing that meets both customer expectations and company profitability goals.
