Who you are
You are a customer-oriented technical sales professional who enjoys combining technical knowledge with business development.
You are comfortable interacting with customers directly as well as developing business through agents, integrators and other commercial partners. You are curious, commercially driven and able to understand customers’ technical challenges and translate them into business opportunities.
About the job
We are looking for a Field Sales Engineer to develop Alfa Laval’s business in Colombia while providing regional support to Ecuador.
In this role, you will manage and develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and position Alfa Laval technologies and solutions within industrial applications.
You will work with both direct customers and indirect sales channels, including agents and integrators, requiring the ability to adapt your commercial approach to different markets and stakeholders.
In the short term, an important part of the role will be to continue strengthening customer relationships in Colombia while identifying opportunities for sustainable business growth across the territory.
