The Regional Strategy Enablement Team Lead (D1)



is accountable for regional translation, orchestration, and disciplined execution of Integral HCC IM strategy.
This role ensures that global priorities are converted into coherent regional plans, decision flows, and execution governance, enabling Compliance to operate at scale while remaining close to the business.
The SET Lead operates as a senior regional integrator and decision enabler—not as a policy owner or execution manager—strengthening leadership effectiveness, improving risk‑aligned prioritization, and ensuring consistent delivery of the HCC strategy across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Strategy Enablement & Leadership Support
• Serve as the primary SET representative for the region, partnering closely with the Global SET Lead and Regional Sector Leads / Group Leaders.
• Translate global compliance strategy, governance, and priorities into clear regional execution roadm
