Kent is looking for a HSSE Specialist, to support our company and ongoing projects.

Skills and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Management of site access and subcontractor service activities: prepare engineering-support documentation required by clients for site access—covering both in-house personnel and subcontractors—in alignment with scheduled activities and in compliance with current instructions and standards; ensure that company employees and/or subcontractors are familiar with the access control documentation required by each client, conducting any necessary initial training or orientation; participate in activity planning meetings with the client, ensuring that the scope of work to be performed at their facilities by employees and/or subcontractors is clearly communicated to client representatives; and maintain ongoing communication with client representatives responsible for industrial safety, occupational health, process safety, environmental matters,



and physical security to anticipate risks to which employees and subcontractors may be exposed while visiting the facilities.

• HSE reporting management: timely report and communicate unsafe acts and conditions, workplace accidents, incidents, emergencies, and environmental impacts, in compliance with procedures and controls established by both the client and the organization; and submit periodic reports as assigned by the Quality-HSE Manager, verifying the inclusion of indicator results, internal audit findings, corrective and preventive action statistics, and schedule adherence, while developing action plans to drive continuous improvement of management systems within the organization and the project.

• Application of safety, occupational health, and environmental management systems: support the execution of management programs in these areas—as defined for the company and its projects—while ensuring compliance with and control of legal requirements, client specifications, and vol
