En este rol de liderazgo fundamental, asumirás la responsabilidad de la excelencia operativa y el compromiso del equipo en nuestras instalaciones de Sabaneta y Girardota, impulsando la mejora continua en los flujos de trabajo locales.
Como líder de confianza, vincularás la productividad diaria con nuestro compromiso de precisión operativa, garantizando altos estándares de servicio y una ejecución impecable para nuestros clientes. Aquí, tu experiencia operativa elevará directamente el rendimiento de nuestro equipo y protegerá los activos que se nos han confiado.
En este puesto, tú:
- Garantizarás el cumplimiento total de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio y los cronogramas de procesos en las operaciones asignadas.
- Liderarás, apoyarás y gestionarás al personal operativo asignado para mantener la productividad y el bienestar del equipo.
