Job Description Summary
The Manager, Products and Solutions – Security Solutions serves as the regional subject matter expert for Mastercard’s Security Solutions portfolio across South LAC, including Cyber for Payments, Cyber for Cyber, and Identity Solutions. This role is responsible for driving product strategy, roadmap prioritization, market enablement, customer engagement, product adoption, and commercialization initiatives while serving as a bridge between local markets, customers,
and regional and global product teams.
Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the Latin American payments, cybersecurity, and digital identity landscape. The individual will leverage customer insights, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and stakeholder influence to shape product strategies, support go-to-market execution, and drive portfolio growth across the region.
Role
Drive the product strategy, execution, and commercialization of Mastercard’s Security Solutions portfolio across South LAC, including Cyber for Payments, Cyber for Cyber, and Identity Solutions.
Act as the regional subject matter expert, supporting customer engagements, solution positioning, product education, and adoption initiatives.
Serve as the voice of South LAC markets by bringing customer feedback, market trends, competitive intelligence, and regulatory requirements to regional and general product teams.
