Medtronic’s Sales Finance Center of Excellence (COE) is seeking an experienced and motivated financial professional to support 12 diverse Operating Units across Cardiovascular, Neuroscience, Medical Surgical portfolios, and the Global Commercial Operations (GCO) organization.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;): Support Sales Organizations with financial planning, forecasting, and expense reporting
• OneStream Ownership: Manage all forecast and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) system submissions
• Monthly Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain monthly reporting and journal entry templates; provide ad hoc analysis as needed
• Standardized Reporting: Create and sustain standardized reporting and analytics to streamline processes across all Operating Units
• Centralized Expenses: Oversee FP&A; activities for centrally managed costs (e.g., auto reimbursement, Presidents Club, credentialing, property taxes)
