Position Summary
The Sales Manager, Vaccines will lead the commercial strategy and performance of the vaccines medical promotion organization across Colombia and Multicountries Market. The role leads District Managers supporting pediatric and adult vaccines teams and is accountable for building leadership capability,
strengthening commercial execution, and delivering sustainable business growth.
This leader will also identify and develop new opportunities in the private market, including innovative access and commercialization models that complement traditional medical promotion. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Finance, and Compliance, the role will translate strategic priorities into executable plans and help shape the future of the vaccines business.
