Role Summary and Impact

As part of the Integral Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for an Associate Director of Analytics who will:

Help lead the North America Analytics team,



measuring the success of media executions and delivering actionable insights that support data-informed decision-making and continuous innovation.

Lead the design and measurement of Brand and Direct Response campaigns, including Brand Lift studies, A/B testing, and Matched Market Tests (MMTs), ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Present complex data and analytical findings in a clear, visually engaging, and actionable manner to clients and internal teams.

Act as a trusted analytics advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored analytical solutions.

Collaborate across departments to integrate analytics into campaign planning, execution, and evaluation.

Partner with internal and external teams on data integrity, reporting, experimentation, and ad-hoc analysis.
