Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Medical Manager, Vaccines - CVMD to lead the medical strategy for the vaccines portfolio in Colombia. This role requires strong pharmaceutical-industry experience and therapeutic expertise in endocrinology, cardiology, diabetes, or cardiovascular disease, combined with scientific credibility and strong stakeholder influence.
The role will shape medical priorities, translate scientific evidence and external insights into strategic initiatives, and build trusted partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem. Previous vaccines experience is valued but not required.
The ability to rapidly develop expertise in vaccines and preventive healthcare is essential.

· Build and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, scientific societies, academic institutions, and other relevant external stakeholders.
