Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee daily team performance and ensure seamless execution of logistics processes. The General Support Team Lead (GST) plays a key role in coordinating operational activities, managing escalations, and driving service quality while acting as the primary point of contact between Operators, stakeholders, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day team operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to service standards.
• Coordinate team schedules, attendance, and workload distribution to meet operational demands.
• Act as the first point of escalation, resolving operational issues and supporting team members in real-time.
• Monitor team performance through KPIs, providing feedback, coaching, and development plans.




• Maintain clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders and client POCs.
• Ensure compliance with operational processes, documentation standards, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Supervisor to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence aligned with company standards.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor.
• Experience in Track & Trace or Logistics.
• B2-C1 English level proficiency.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
