As our Educational Consultant for Hospitality Academy, you will be the main point of contact for our potential students and are responsible to guide them to the most suitable and beneficial programs and courses. You will be acting as an admissions recruiter, providing students with expert advice on which career development opportunities they should seize in order to achieve their professional goals. You will be actively providing world-class education in a lot more accessible platform.

Handle daily administrative tasks and take initiative in supporting students as well as other team members through all possible challenges they might be facing. Adaptability is essential and problem-solving is a daily activity as you will be putting out figurative fires whenever they occur. Organize your time efficiently and set personal deadlines to achieve your targets.

Handle our sales software and continuously analyze & monitor your KPIs to ultimately improve your sales numbers and achieve increasingly more success.

The idóneo candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollment through targeted sales strategies while fostering long-term student engagement and satisfaction to improve retention rates. This role plays a critical part in helping prospective and current students achieve their academic and career goals in the hospitality industry.

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development or similar positions - preferably management experience

Responsibilities

General

- Represent Hospitality Academy in a professional manner and promote our brand and values diligently
- Research/ develop and execute strategic partnerships in different markets and grow the brand of Hospitality Academy
- Offer guidance on the various exciting programs & courses at Hospitality Academy
- Mock Interview preparations and CVs promotions
- Host Virtual Events and presentations for all kinds of audiences
- Analyze prospective markets and assist in developing recruitment strategies
- Responsible for tracking students and ensuring payments are received on a weekly basis
- Utilize HubSpot and CRM to track & process students efficiently

Sales and Enrollment

- Actively manage a pipeline of prospective students from inquiry through enrollment.
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person consultations to convert leads into enrolled students.
- Deliver compelling presentations about university programs, admissions requirements, and career outcomes in hospitality.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement effective lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Maintain CRM records and generate weekly enrollment reports.

Student Retention and Success

- Serve as a primary point of contact for enrolled students, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Monitor student engagement, academic progress, and satisfaction to identify at-risk individuals.
- Develop and execute personalized retention plans and interventions.
- Coordinate with academic advisors, faculty, and support services to resolve student issues.
- Organize student engagement activities that enhance community and foster loyalty to the university.
