We’re hiring! Country Product Manager – Ecuador (CPM ECU)

Are you ready to take the lead in driving supply chain excellence and product strategy for one of the top players in the Consumer Electronics industry? We are looking for a Country Product Manager – Ecuador (CPM ECU) to join our dynamic regional team!

As our CPM in Ecuador, you will be the key liaison between Sales, Planning, and Operations, ensuring the right product, at the right time, at the right cost. Your mission: align forecasting, stock, orders, and product strategy to meet both customer needs and business goals.

? Your Core Responsibilities:

? Forecast Planning: Drive bottom-up FCST based on NB/NR demand.

? Stock Control Metrics: Ensure tight monitoring of inventory in customer & internal warehouses.

? Aging Stock Action Plan: Propose and implement solutions.

? Product Lifecycle Management: Line-up, pricing, and lifecycle alignment with local teams and MDM.

? Order Follow-Up: Manage and coordinate order processes.

? Product & Pricing Strategy: Analyze P/L and product turnover to optimize volume, price, and market share.

? Sales & Customer Meetings: Align forecast and strategic initiatives directly with clients.

? Reporting & Tools Enhancement: Continuously improve reporting and FCST tools/processes.

? What We’re Looking For:

? Experience: 5–7 years in roles such as Supply Chain Manager, Category/Product Manager,



Sr. Planner, or KAM – preferably in top Consumer Electronics companies.

? Education: Professional in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, and/or related fields.

? Knowledge: Basic Sales & Marketing concepts (Marketing Mix, consumer behavior).

? Languages: Fluent English (mandatory).

? Tools: Expert in Excel, high proficiency in PowerPoint.

? Skills: Strategic planning, P/L understanding, excellent communication, teamwork, responsibility, and high standards compliance.

? Location: Bogotá
