About the RoleZenit Corp is seeking a Media Buyer to execute, monitor, and scale Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns across our growing portfolio of direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this junior-to-mid level role focuses on hands-on execution, performance analysis, and tight collaboration with Creative Strategists. We prioritize real platform mastery over years of experience, offering a clear growth path toward strategic leadership.

Responsibilities• Campaign Execution: Launch, manage, and optimize Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns across multiple brands daily, making tactical budget, audience, and placement adjustments.
• Data & Analytics: Track key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, hold rate)



and translate performance data into actionable insights and recurring reports.
• Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with Creative Strategists to evaluate ad angles, feeding performance data back to directly inform future content iterations.
• Portfolio Management: Prioritize ad operations across multiple parallel brands based on strategic impact and urgency.

Qualifications & Requirements• Proven hands-on experience running Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns (platform command is prioritized over total years of experience).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Required Setup: Powerful computer, strong and stable internet connection, and a distraction-free remote workspace.

Background & Experience• Strong preference for previous experience running Meta Ads specifically for e-commerce or DTC brands.
• Ability to demonstrate real-world familiarity with ad creative dynamics (understanding why hooks
