? We’re Hiring: Global Recruiting Assessment Coordinator

Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced with recruiting assessments, HR technology, or business systems?
Join our Integral Recruiting team and help manage assessment solutions used across different countries, programs, and clients.

? What You’ll Do
• Manage requests to create, update, and maintain recruiting assessments.
• Configure assessments, including questions, timing, scoring, thresholds, and workflows.
• Maintain question banks, versions, and approved assessment content.
• Support scoring, benchmarking, calibration, and proficiency thresholds.
• Partner with Recruiting, Operations, clients, and other stakeholders to understand assessment requirements.
• Test new assessments and configuration changes before they go live.
• Monitor assessment results, pass rates, score distributions, and potential data or configuration issues.
• Coordinate with assessment vendors to resolve technical issues and support improvements.
• Maintain assessment records, SOPs, change logs, testing documentation, and approvals.




• Support assessment reporting, data reconciliation, and data-quality checks.
• Ensure assessment information is handled according to privacy and access requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve assessment processes and candidate experience.

? What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience in assessment administration, recruiting operations, HR technology, talent assessment, learning/measurement, or related systems.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience configuring or administering assessment platforms, recruiting systems, or similar business applications.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and experience with testing, configuration, and documentation.
• Ability to understand and explain scoring models, thresholds, pass rates, and assessment results.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor-management skills.
