As a Credit & Collections Associate, you will be responsible for managing our clients' accounts receivable, ensuring an efficient and seamless process by following up on outstanding payments, negotiating payment agreements, and resolving issues related to overdue invoices. In addition, you will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and complaints,



while analyzing financial and transactional data to identify inconsistencies and generate insightful reports that support strategic decision-making and optimize portfolio collection.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong customer service and collections expertise, combined with excellent negotiation skills to manage and resolve complex situations with clients. Being proactive and able to build trusted relationships is key, as well as thriving in a dynamic, results-driven environment. In addition, a strong foundation in financial analysis, auditing practices, and billing processes is highly valued, along with sharp analytical skills to identify discrepancies, address issues, and ensure accuracy in accounts receivable management.
