Senior Project Manager

Role Summary

WSP is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, delivery, and overall management of major infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage complex stakeholder relationships, ensure contractual compliance, and deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This position requires extensive experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects, including projects exceeding USD 400 million in value, as well as demonstrated leadership in integrated project environments and international project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management and delivery of major infrastructure projects from planning through commissioning.
• Provide strategic leadership to multidisciplinary engineering, construction, quality, commercial, and project controls teams.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, including FIDIC-based contracts and other internationally recognized contracting frameworks.




• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives.
• Direct project governance activities, reporting, and stakeholder engagement with clients, contractors, government agencies, and project partners.
• Coordinate integrated project teams across multiple disciplines and geographic locations.
• Oversee project performance and implement corrective actions when required.
• Lead commercial and contractual discussions, change management processes, and claims resolution.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with senior leadership, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of health, safety, quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement throughout project execution.
• Mentor and develop project management and engineering personnel.
