Role Mission

As Community Manager, reporting to the Senior Social Media Manager, you will lead the day-to-day Social Media operation for the brand across assigned markets, ensuring the regional strategy and Community Management are executed effectively, driving collaboration across teams and disciplines, and serving as the operational point of reference to guarantee that processes, deliverables, and quality standards are met in an efficient,



consistent way aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day Social Media operation for the assigned brands and markets.
• Implement and coordinate the execution of the regional Social Media strategy across assigned markets.
• Manage and oversee Community Management execution, ensuring communication aligned with brand identity and guidelines.
• Ensure proper implementation of the editorial calendar, campaigns, and always-on initiatives.
• Monitor digital communities, identifying trends, conversations, risks, and opportunities relevant to the brand.
• Track the performance of Social Media initiatives in the assigned markets.
• Review KPIs, reports, and insights to identify areas for improvement.
• Support the operational management of assigned brands and coordinate follow-up with the Social Media Senior Specialist.
