Paralegal — Full-time RemoteJoin our growing legal team as a full-time Paralegal supporting a remote law practice focused on federal and Florida state litigation. You'll handle court filings, case calendaring, and administrative coordination while leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency and accuracy. This role demands independence, attention to detail, and a deep comfort with both traditional legal workflows and modern AI-assisted processes. You'll be the backbone keeping critical deadlines, filings, and schedules on track.

Responsibilities:
- File pleadings, motions,



and other documents in Florida state e-filing system and federal PACER with accuracy and timeliness
- Create and maintain trial dockets, deposition schedules, and hearing calendars; alert attorney to conflicts and approaching deadlines
- Manage email inbox, flag urgent matters, and coordinate administrative requests
- Use Claude and ChatGPT to draft legal correspondence, research, and case summaries; review all AI output for accuracy and logical consistency before submission
- Coordinate with local vendors on physical exhibit creation, binding, and delivery
- Track case statuses, maintain organized case files, and provide administrative updates as needed
- Serve as the reliable point of accountability for scheduling, filing deadlines, and general firm operations

What We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years of paralegal experience in U.S. law firms, with hands-on exposure to e-filing and case management
- Proven ability to navigate Florida state courts and federal PACER systems
- Daily, hands
