We're a dental marketing agency helping U.S. practices acquire more high-ticket treatment cases. Due to our rapid growth in the space, we are looking to add a new member to our patient scheduling team.
About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, personable scheduler to turn warm leads into booked appointments. Someone with a growth mindset and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Call a high volume of warm patient leads (no cold calls)
• Excel in Communication: Efficiently handle a high volume of warm patient leads (no cold calls), guiding each conversation with warmth and confidence.
• Qualify and Book: Follow our proven script to qualify patients on intent, budget, and timeline, then book them straight into the dentist's calendar.
• CRM Expertise: Log your calls and notes after every conversation to keep our process clean and every lead accounted for.
What You'll Bring:
• Proven sales or appointment-setting experience.
• Dental admin experience is a strong plus.
• High energy and a strong phone presence to give patients the best experience possible.
• Confidence on the phone and no fear of handling objections.
• Coach-ability. We hand you the scripts and training; you bring the drive.
Earnings Potential:
Hourly Range: $7 to $12 per hour, based on performance & experience. Your total earnings include an hourly rate plus commission for every patient who shows up to their appointment. Your drive and performance will directly influence your total compensation.
