We are looking for a Senior Automation Tester in JavaScript to design, build, and maintain automation frameworks for native mobile applications, contributing to a fast-paced project where adaptability and problem-solving are key to success.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain a robust automation framework for native mobile applications using Appium, API testing, and web apps
- Define and implement best practices for test automation, including CI/CD integration, test data management, and reporting
- Apply GenAI tools, services, and solutions to improve velocity in regular activities such as regression execution time, script updates, execution analysis, and reporting
- Develop automated test scripts for functional and regression testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Review and analyze product requirements for clarity and consistency with existing features
- Create test cases and verify defects
- Attend daily standups and other meetings
- Maintain communication within the distributed team,



including interactions with other teams
- Provide status reporting

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in test automation, with a strong focus on mobile applications
- Proven expertise in Appium and automation of native mobile apps for iOS and Android
- Strong programming skills in JS and decent proficiency in Java
- Experience in using GenAI tools/services, including agentic solutions, for test automation activities
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Bitrise
- Familiarity with Xcode, iOS simulators, and device testing
- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with test management tools such as TestRail
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
